The seventh excavation at Thanh Den site

Thanh Den is located in  Phu My hamlet, Tu Lap village, Me Linh diistrict, HaNoi city. The site was discovered in 1970 and has been excavated several times. The seventh excavation  (from april 12. 2010) is carried out by Hanoi University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Hanoi Museum. The leader of excavated team is Assoc. Prof. Lam Thi My Dzung. The total area of excavation is 300m2. Thanh Den was considered by archaeologists as the settlement and workshop site (mostly bronze working), bellongs to Dong Dau culture (around 3500 - 3000 BP)
